If I am an agency's only producer, do I have to pay the higher "agency" rate?
No. Only agencies with multiple producers (who want more than one agent to have access) need to pay the higher agency membership rate.

Why is this site so affordable?
We are aware that our membership dues are extremely low.  We intentionally priced it at these levels in order to make it accessible to all P&C producers, including those brand new to the business.

Can I get my initial membership dues refunded after I join?
Refunds are not possible on a download site such as this.  We took this fact into consideration when we set the dues at such a modest level [see above]. 

Can I ask for a specific marketing tool to be added to the site.
As a paid member, you influence the content of our future updates.  Although we cannot guarantee that your suggestion will be incorporated, it will be seriously considered.

Will you ever sell my name or email address to a third-party?
Never.  The information that you provide us, including your email address, will never be sold.

What’s the difference between Agency Ideas® newsletter and this Web site?
